Refund policy

We have a 1 hour cancellation policy as these items are custom made and once started, the materials cannot be reused. If it has been longer than 1 hour since placing the order, please contact us at hello@noristorymagnets.com to see if a cancellation can still be done depending on the timing.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We take great pride in our product and will do what we can to make it right.

 

Return Policy
