When will I get my order?

  • Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days. It can take longer for large orders or during the holiday season.
  • Shipping will then take 2-5 business days for most US destinations and up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • You will receive email notifications with order status updates.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship most orders via USPS.
  • We do not currently do international shipping.

Returns and Refunds

  • Since each order is custom and handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have a question about your order, please contact us!

Bulk Orders

  • We would love to work with you for bulk orders! Some ideas are for company logos or creations, artwork, wedding favors, baby showers, theater events, big holiday gifts, friend and family updates, you name it! 
  • E-mail us at hello@noristorymagnets.com with your:
    • Name
    • Number of magnets you'd like
    • Photo of what you're looking to print
    • Date of when you need the shipment to arrive
